\u652f\u6490\u7b56\u7565\u8207\u652f\u6490\u63a5\u89f8\u5f37\u5ea6\uff08\u6a39\u8102\u5217\u5370\u7279\u5225\u91cd\u8981\uff09<br \/>\n&#8211; \u66dd\u5149\u8a2d\u5b9a\uff08\u6a39\u8102\uff09\u6216\u64e0\u51fa\uff0f\u6d41\u91cf\u884c\u70ba\uff08FDM\uff09<br \/>\n&#8211; \u6700\u5c0f\u7279\u5fb5\u9650\u5236\uff08\u50cf\u7d20\u5927\u5c0f\u3001\u5674\u5634\u5bec\u5ea6\u3001\u5c64\u9ad8\uff09<br \/>\n&#8211; \u771f\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u8aa4\u5dee\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6536\u7e2e\uff0f\u71b1\u7e2e<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7e2e\u653e\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u7bc0\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u8b8a\u8edf\u3001\u652f\u6490\u8106\u5f31\u3001\u96f6\u4ef6\u8b8a\u5f62\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u7d44\u88dd\u5f8c\u7121\u6cd5\u5bc6\u5408\u2014\u2014\u5373\u4f7f STL \u672c\u8eab\u662f\u300c\u6b63\u78ba\u300d\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>2. \u4e00\u5f8b\u512a\u5148\u4f7f\u7528\u672a\u52a0\u652f\u6490\u7684 STL\uff08\u5148\u7e2e\u653e\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u652f\u6490\uff09<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u53ea\u5f9e\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u8a18\u4f4f\u4e00\u689d\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\uff1a<strong>\u5148\u7e2e\u653e\u539f\u59cb\uff0f\u672a\u52a0\u652f\u6490\u7684\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u518d\u91dd\u5c0d\u6700\u7d42\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7522\u751f\u652f\u6490\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u4f60\u7e2e\u653e\u4e00\u500b\u5df2\u9810\u5148\u52a0\u652f\u6490\u7684\u6a94\u6848\u6642\uff0c\u652f\u6490\u4e5f\u6703\u4e00\u8d77\u88ab\u7e2e\u653e\u3002\u9019\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u5f88\u65b9\u4fbf\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u4f60\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u652f\u6490\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u5e7e\u4f55\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7d93\u904e\u8abf\u6821\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7e2e\u653e\u5df2\u9810\u652f\u6490 STL\uff1a<\/strong> \u7576\u4f60\u653e\u5927\u6a21\u578b\u6642\uff0c\u5217\u5370\u4ef6\u6703\u66f4\u91cd\u4e26\u7522\u751f\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u525d\u96e2\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u7684\u652f\u6490\u5c16\u7aef\u8207\u652f\u67f1\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u65b0\u8ca0\u8f09\u800c\u8b8a\u5f97\u592a\u7d30\u3002\u7576\u4f60\u7e2e\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u652f\u6490\u5c16\u7aef\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u592a\u5c0f\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5931\u6557\u6216\u7121\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u5f62\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7e2e\u653e\u672a\u52a0\u652f\u6490 STL\uff08\u5efa\u8b70\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u884c\u63a7\u5236\u64fa\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u4f9d\u7167\u65b0\u5c3a\u5bf8\u91cd\u5efa\u5408\u9069\u539a\u5ea6\u8207\u63a5\u89f8\u9ede\u7684\u652f\u6490\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u5f9e Pixup3D \u4e4b\u985e\u7684\u5e02\u96c6\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6a21\u578b\uff08\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5e38\u540c\u6642\u63d0\u4f9b\u5169\u7a2e\u7248\u672c\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\uff09\uff0c\u6253\u7b97\u91cd\u65b0\u7e2e\u653e\u6642\uff0c\u8acb\u9078\u64c7\u672a\u52a0\u652f\u6490\u7684\u6a94\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>3. \u9664\u975e\u4f60\u662f\u523b\u610f\u5728\u91cd\u65b0\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u8acb\u4f7f\u7528\u7b49\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7e2e\u653e<\/h2>\n<p>\u7b49\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7e2e\u653e\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e0d\u8b8a\u3002\u975e\u7b49\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7e2e\u653e\uff08\u53ea\u62c9\u4f38\u67d0\u4e00\u8ef8\uff09\u5c6c\u65bc\u91cd\u65b0\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u2014\u2014\u5b83\u6709\u6642\u5f88\u6709\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u5e38\u5e38\u6703\u8b93\u89d2\u8272\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u300c\u602a\u602a\u7684\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u96f6\u4ef6\u5247\u5bb9\u6613\u51fa\u73fe\u300c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5c0d\u4e0d\u8d77\u4f86\uff1f\u300d\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6642\u5019\u8a72\u7528\u7b49\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7e2e\u653e\uff1a<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; \u5fae\u7e2e\u6a21\u578b\uff0828mm \u5230 32mm \u82f1\u96c4\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3001\u80f8\u50cf\u3001\u5c55\u793a\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff09<br \/>\n&#8211; \u6bd4\u4f8b\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9053\u5177\u8207\u96d5\u50cf<br \/>\n&#8211; \u4efb\u4f55\u5e36\u6709\u5de5\u7a0b\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u6a21\u578b\uff08\u63d2\u92b7\u3001\u63d2\u69fd\u3001\u69ab\u69fd\uff09<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6642\u5019\u975e\u7b49\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7e2e\u653e\u53ef\u80fd\u5408\u7406\uff1a<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; \u4fee\u6b63\u539f\u672c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5c31\u4e0d\u592a\u5c0d\u7684\u6a21\u578b<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u591a\u6578\u8b80\u8005\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u554f\u300c\u600e\u9ebc\u7e2e\u653e\u624d\u4e0d\u6703\u7834\u58de\u7d30\u7bc0\u6216\u914d\u5408\u5ea6\u300d\uff0c\u4f60\u8981\u7684\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u7b49\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7e2e\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>4. \u7d30\u7bc0\u4e0d\u662f\u5728 STL \u88e1\u300c\u6d88\u5931\u300d\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5728\u4f60\u7684\u88fd\u7a0b\u6975\u9650\u4e2d\u6d88\u5931\u7684<\/h2>\n<p>\u5e38\u898b\u8ff7\u601d\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u662f\u4ee5\u70ba\u7e2e\u653e\u6703\u300c\u964d\u4f4e STL \u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u300d\u3002STL \u6a94\u6848\u662f\u7528\u4e09\u89d2\u9762\u4f86\u5132\u5b58\u8868\u9762\uff08\u7db2\u683c\u7d30\u5206\uff09\u3002\u7e2e\u653e\u7db2\u683c\u4e0d\u6703\u795e\u5947\u5730\u522a\u6389\u4e09\u89d2\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7d30\u7bc0\u6709\u6642\u6703\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u66f4\u5dee\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56e0\u70ba\u4f60\u7684\u5370\u8868\u6a5f\u53ea\u80fd\u91cd\u73fe\u9ad8\u65bc\u67d0\u4e9b\u7269\u7406\u9580\u6abb\u7684\u7d30\u7bc0\u3002<\/strong> \u5982\u679c\u67d0\u500b\u7d0b\u7406\u7a81\u8d77\u7e2e\u5c0f\u5230\u4f4e\u65bc\u5370\u8868\u6a5f\u53ef\u89e3\u6790\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5b83\u5c31\u6703\u6de1\u6389\u6216\u6d88\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da STL \u6700\u4f73\u5316\u7684\u5be6\u52d9\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u6700\u5c0f\u53ef\u898b\u7d30\u7bc0\u901a\u5e38\u61c9\u8a72\u81f3\u5c11\u662f\u5c64\u9ad8\u7684\u6578\u500d\uff08\u5e38\u898b\u8aaa\u6cd5\u7d04\u70ba <strong>4 \u500d\u5c64\u9ad8<\/strong>\uff09\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7528\u6a39\u8102\u4ee5 0.05 mm \u5c64\u9ad8\u5217\u5370\uff0c\u5c0f\u65bc\u7d04 0.2 mm \u7684\u7d30\u7bc0\u5e7e\u4e4e\u662f\u5728\u548c\u7269\u7406\u5c0d\u6297\u3002\u5c0d FDM \u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5674\u5634\u5bec\u5ea6\u8207\u7dda\u689d\u6392\u5e03\u6703\u66f4\u5feb\u6210\u70ba\u786c\u4e0a\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7e2e\u5c0f\u6642\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u505a\uff1a<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; \u63a5\u53d7\u5fae\u5c0f\u7d0b\u7406\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6d88\u5931<br \/>\n&#8211; \u8003\u616e\u8a87\u5f35\u5316\u7d30\u7bc0\uff08\u9019\u662f\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u96d5\u523b\u5217\u5370\u505a\u6cd5\uff09<br \/>\n&#8211;
