ASTM E8 Lattice Specimen

1. ASTM E8 is the standard test method for tension testing of metallic materials.

2. This pack provides the specimens filled with 14 different lattice structures.

3. The specimen specification follows E8-Specimen 1 dimensions.

4. Please check the detailed specifications in the schematic.

5. The lattice types include Simple Cubic, Body Centered Cubic, Face Centered Cubic, Diamond, Fluorite, Octet, Truncated Cube, Truncated Octahedron, Kelvin Cell, IsoTruss, Re-entrant, Weaire-Phelan, TPMS-Gyroid, and TPMS-Diamond.

6. The lattice cell size is 2.5 mm X 2.5 mm X 2.5 mm. The lattice thickness is 0.4 mm. The blend radius which connects lattice structure and end is 0.5 mm. 

7. Since ASTM E8 is a standard for metal, if there is a need for metal additive manufacturing, I could help provide the source in Taiwan. The tools are from EOS featuring L-PBF(Laser Powder Bed Fusion).
