This is a replacement part for Transformers WFC Kingdom Core Class Optimus Prime.

It provides:

1.Increased foot articulation, making the figure more stable when standing.
2.Foldable toes for easier storage during transformation.
3.Filling the gaps in the thigh area when in vehicle mode.
