Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 - Mask Keeper

Absolutely gorgeous file. It is so well detailed which made it a joy to paint! I was able to gift this statue to Rich Keeble, the Mask Keeper's voice actor!

A highly detailed model with plenty of possibilities when it comes to painting. The only drawback I found was the way the model’s feet attach to the base. The model’s nut-shaped feet would need to be thicker (although an organic foot design would also look great with the overall piece). The problem is that the model tends to wobble when you handle the whole piece, even if the feet are securely glued to the base. With repeated movement, the feet can eventually break, as happened to me. I found a solution by reinforcing the joint with Milliput putty, resculpting the area where the feet meet the base, and then blending the difference in textures by adding simulated moss on top. I recommend this model for advanced painters and sculptors. You’ll need to spend some time properly supporting each individual part using your slicer of choice.
