Portable AA/AAA Battery Storage Box (Gyarados)

AA and AAA batteries are still commonly found in everyday households, so I tried creating a storage box that combines practical functionality with a touch of playful design.

Pokémon designs continue to be highly appealing, and the early iconic creatures remain especially memorable to me.

This model is designed for FDM 3D printing and uses a single-color, multi-part assembly approach to help reduce material waste.

Assembly tolerances are set between 0.2–0.4 mm to ensure that parts can fit together without interference. In most cases, the fit may feel slightly loose, allowing for easier and more comfortable assembly. If needed, you can adjust the outer wall dimensions to achieve a tighter fit.

The inner side of each scale piece is marked with “L”, “R”, and numbers to make assembly easier and more intuitive.
