The Imperial Corbel

"The Imperial Corbel" is an intricately sculpted architectural corbel inspired by the grandeur of classical European and Greco-Roman ornamentation. The design combines elegant acanthus leaves, ornamental scrollwork, carved rosettes, rounded bead details and layered architectural molding into a sophisticated decorative composition.

Material: PLA, Matte PLA, Stone-effect PLA, or Marble-effect PLA.
Layer Height: 0.12–0.16 mm for preserving the fine ornamental relief.
Infill: 10–20% depending on the required strength and final size.
Walls/Perimeters: 3–4 layers.
Supports: Recommended where required by the model's overhangs and recessed ornamental areas. Use organic/tree supports where appropriate to minimize contact with detailed surfaces.
Orientation: Print in the intended architectural orientation, with the broad structural surfaces positioned to provide maximum stability.
Top/Bottom Layers: 4–6 layers recommended for a clean, solid surface.
Post-Processing: Light sanding and careful surface finishing can enhance the carved appearance. A stone, marble, sandstone or aged architectural finish can be applied after printing for a more authentic classical appearance.
