FAQ
For customers
Use the “Phrozen Verified” tag in the site search, or look for the PV icon on the model thumbnail.

We recommend starting with Phrozen Verified models, which are provided as pre-supported STL files. They offer a high print success rate and are compatible with most slicers and printers.
STL files give you flexibility to adjust slicing settings based on your printer and resin. If your printer supports CTB files and you prefer to skip slicing, you can use CTB files when available. However, STL is the most beginner-friendly option.

An STL file is a widely used 3D model format. It contains the geometry of the model and must be opened in slicer software to be prepared for printing. Most models on PIXUP are provided as STL files, with or without support structures.

A CTB file is a sliced format used by some resin 3D printers. It’s ready to print directly and includes all the slicing parameters. CTB is compatible with certain printer brands like Phrozen.

PIXUP products are digital goods. All purchases are non-refundable. If you believe your case is exceptional, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Different options on a model page represent variants of the same model—such as alternate poses, scales, accessories, or outfits. Creators can include multiple variants in one listing to give you more choices within a single product.

Import the STL file into your preferred slicer software (e.g., Lychee, Chitubox, or Bambu Studio), adjust your settings, slice the model, and send it to your 3D printer. Most files include a pre-supported version.

You can download a model directly from the model page. Once purchased (or if it’s free), the STL file will appear in your "Downloads" section under your account, or you can go to the "Library" page in your account manager.
