Hexa-Tortoise Statue

Long ago, explorers discovered this creature in an abandoned temple.

It moved slowly, its body encased in a thick carapace, and it possessed sharp horns on its head.

We initially thought the patterns etched on its back were merely decoration.

Until archaeologists discovered—

those patterns weren't markings.

they were a map.

The map pointed to the same place:

the underground of this temple.

No one knew why it had been guarding that place.

Until the last explorer approached it,

it raised its head for the first time.

Then it slowly turned around,

pointing the "map" on its back towards the temple's entrance.
