Gorvak Bonegrinder was forged in the frozen wilds of Icewind Dale, surviving as both hunter and hunted. Tracking a deadly frost wyvern, he clashed with Rowan Bladehart, Norin Grudgebearer, and Brevan Greenarrow, mistaking them for rivals. Their battle paused only when the wyvern attacked, forcing a grudging alliance. After their shared victory, Gorvak joined the party, drawn by the promise of greater foes and hard-won respect.
