The slot on the base is for a name tag. The "Full PPE Holder on Desk Stand" file is for reference only. Print out the "Base (both)" and "Wall Mount (both)" files and glue them together alone the center line. Print out 3 of the "COVID Long" objects. These form the nose and ear supports. Print out 11 of the "COVID Short" objects. Glue the "COVID Long" and "COVID Short" objects together as seen in the pictures and reference file. Insert a 1 1/2 inch bolt through the base and wall mount to hold it together.
