Please note that the Phrozen Verified pre-supported model guarantees 95% of successful prints only for the original, verified files printed with LCD printers. Risks of failure may occur due to variations in printing environments and resins. Error messages might be displayed due to slicer software incompatibility, but rest assured that all files have been verified across multiple slicing software and wouldn't affect printing results. If you encounter any issues, please go to PIXUP Help Center.

Models are pre-sliced with a 90% success rate and compatible ONLY with Aqua-Gray 8K for Sonic Mini 8K, Sonic Mighty 8K, Sonic Mega 8K, and Sonic Mega 8K S printers, while Aqua-Gray 4K is for Sonic Mini 4K and Sonic Mighty 4K printers. Since these files are pre-sliced with a temperature of 25°C and relative humidity of 75%, risks of failure due to variations in printing environments may significantly increase with higher discrepancies. I bought the .stl version of this model and it says supported and non-supported included. But the download only has the supported files. I especially need the unsupported files because I want to print it on a Bambulab X1. Where/How can I get them?
Hi B.R. FYI, the "Download" button is only available on PC browsers, and not supported for the phone-size screen as we'd figured the most steps of 3D printing are done on the PCs during the printing process. We'd like to know your opinion on this, and whether if we should make the " Download " button available for phone-size screens.
For the non-supported.zip, there seem some problems with the files, we will fix them and notify you when it's been sorted! Thank you for your patience in advanced.
And I've noticed you are going to print this model with a FDM printer, we'd also like to see your final prints as most of people in our community print this bad boy only with LCD printers, you might be the first one out of those hobbyist! Really look forwards to the results! Would love to see your results in PIXUP's Show room on Discord and here!!
