This type of weapon was crafted by the Asturians during a time of war, long before Tollan came into being. Over the years, it has taken many forms, with Oathguard being the shorter version used for close combat. But don’t worry—an extension for a longer version is already in the works for the future, so you’ll have both options for your collection.
Designing weapons for the factions of Blood Oak is always a challenging yet rewarding process, and we hope you love the results as much as we do.
Plus, Oathguard is fully printable in both Resin and FDM! Its supports can also be scaled up to 30% and print safely in case you like to go BIG.
Oathguard, they named it, though none dared wield it lightly. The runes etched along its length were not carved by mortal hands, but seemed to grow, twisting and shifting as if alive. And there was a warmth to it, subtle and strange, like the breath of a sleeping beast. Yara claimed it had been a gift, though she spoke little of how she came to possess it.
Stay creative,
